WHAT MATERIAL ARE THE SOCKS MADE OF?

Besocks socks are made from premium combed organic cotton. As detailed on the website and on the label of each sock, their composition is 90% combed organic cotton, 9% polyamide and 1% elastane.

DOES THE MATERIAL OF THE SOCKS HAVE ANY KIND OF CERTIFICATE?

Of course, all materials used in Besocks socks are GOTS and OEKO-TEX STARNDARD 100 CERTIFIED. This certificate is a worldwide unified control and certification system and confirms that these materials are free of harmful substances. The tests are carried out exclusively by independent textile institutes authorised for research and testing.

WHERE ARE THE BESOCKS SOCKS MADE?

Our socks are manufactured in Portugal by small local producers. The design, distribution and sales are made from Spain. The Besocks brand is registered in Spain.

WHAT IS MY SIZE?

We show you a SIZE GUIDE chart to make the conversion correctly. In case of using size 35 and a half or 40 and a half we recommend you to choose size 36-40.

CAN I EXCHANGE OR RETURN THE SOCKS?

Of course. You have fourteen (14) calendar days from the date of delivery of the product. For more details you can consult the conditions in CHANGES AND RETURNS.

HOW CAN I KNOW THE STATUS OF MY ORDER?

Once the order has left our warehouse, a link will be generated and sent to your email so you can track the shipment. In any case you can consult us whenever you want.

THE ESTIMATED DELIVERY TIME HAS PASSED AND I HAVE NOT RECEIVED MY ORDER.

If the delivery time has passed and you have not received your order, please contact us indicating the order number and we will give you a solution as soon as possible.

HAVE I MADE THE PURCHASE CORRECTLY?

Once you have completed your purchase process you will receive an email with the confirmation of your order. If you do not receive the message with the confirmation of your order, please contact us indicating the incident occurred and as soon as possible we will confirm if your purchase has been made correctly.

WHAT IF I HAVEN'T RECEIVED THE PURCHASE CONFIRMATION EMAIL?

In case you did not receive the email confirming the purchase, the first thing you should do is check your "junk mail" folder. If it does not appear either, please contact us and we will confirm if the purchase has been made correctly or we will give you the required solution.

WHAT HAPPENS IF I AM NOT AT HOME WHEN I RECEIVE THE ORDER?

If you are not at home at the time of delivery, the courier company will leave a warning note and the next day will try to locate you again. If you are not at home on the second delivery, they will leave another warning note and you will have a few days to pick up your order at the office or delegation nearest to your home. After this period, the package will be returned to our warehouse. Please note that the delivery person must be able to access your portal to leave the warning note.

CAN I RECEIVE MY ORDER IN A DIFFERENT ADDRESS THAN THE ONE I PUT IN THE PAYMENT PROCESS?

Of course. In many cases our customers are not at home during delivery hours. Therefore, they can indicate any delivery address where they foresee that they are going to be and in this way we can deliver the order. To do this, during the payment process, a tab will be enabled that will give you the possibility to write a different shipping address to the one that appears in the data requested during the payment process.

Our customers can pay by credit or debit card with Visa, MasterCard, American Express or by PayPal payment system.

WHAT INSTRUCTIONS SHOULD I FOLLOW FOR WASHING MY SOCKS?

To extend the life of our socks, we recommend washing at a maximum temperature of 40°C and turned inside out. Avoid using bleach and ironing. In any case, on our website and on the carton of our socks you will find all the information you need to maintain the highest quality for a longer period of time.

CAN I CHANGE THE ORDER ADDRESS IF I HAVE MADE A MISTAKE?

In case of error when indicating the shipping address, please contact us indicating the order number and the incident occurred. If the order has not left our facilities we will proceed to solve the problem and send the product to the new address you indicate.
