WHAT MATERIAL ARE THE SOCKS MADE OF?

Besocks socks are made from premium combed cotton. As detailed on the website and on the label of each sock, their composition is 90% combed organic cotton, 9% polyamide and 1% elastane.

DOES THE SOCKS MATERIAL HAVE ANY KIND OF CERTIFICATION?

Of course, all materials used in Besocks socks are certified by GOTS and OEKO-TEX STANDARD 100. This certificate is a unified system of control and certification on a global scale and confirms that these materials are free of harmful substances. Tests for its certification are carried out exclusively by independent, authorised textile research and testing institutes.

WHERE ARE BESOCKS SOCKS MADE?

Our socks are manufactured in Portugal by small local producers. Design, distribution and sales are carried out from Spain. The Besocks brand is registered in Spain.

HOW LONG DOES SHIPMENT TAKE AND HOW MUCH WILL IT COST ME?

WHAT IS MY SIZE?

We show you a SIZE GUIDE chart to make the conversion correctly. If you wear size 35 and a half or 40 and a half, we recommend that you choose size 36-40.

CAN I EXCHANGE OR RETURN SOCKS?

Of course. You have fourteen (14) calendar days from the date of delivery of the product. For more details, you can consult the conditions in EXCHANGES AND RETURNS.

HOW CAN I KNOW THE STATUS OF MY ORDER?

Once the order has left our warehouses, a link will be generated and sent to your email so that you can track the shipment. In any case, you can contact us at any time.

THE ESTIMATED DELIVERY TIME HAS PASSED AND I HAVE NOT RECEIVED MY ORDER

If the delivery period has passed and you have not received your order, please contact us indicating the order number and we will provide you with a solution as soon as possible.

HAVE I MADE THE PURCHASE CORRECTLY?

Once you have completed your purchase process, you will receive an email confirming your order. If you do not receive the message confirming your order, please contact us indicating the incident that occurred and we will confirm as soon as possible whether your purchase was successful.

WHAT HAPPENS IF I HAVE NOT RECEIVED THE PURCHASE CONFIRMATION EMAIL?

If you do not receive the email confirming the purchase, the first thing you should do is check your "spam" folder. If it does not appear either, please contact us and we will confirm whether the purchase was successful or provide the required solution.

WHAT HAPPENS IF I AM NOT AT HOME WHEN I RECEIVE THE ORDER?

If you are not at home at the time of delivery, the courier company will leave you a note and will try to locate you again the next day. If you are not at home at the time of the second delivery, they will leave another note and you will have a few days to go and collect your order at the office or branch nearest to your home. After this period, the package will be returned to our warehouses. Please note that the courier must be able to access your portal to leave the note.

CAN I RECEIVE MY ORDER AT A DIFFERENT ADDRESS THAN THE ONE I PUT IN THE CHECKOUT PROCESS?

Of course. In many cases, our customers are not at home during delivery hours. Therefore, they can provide us with any delivery address where they expect to be so that we can deliver the order. To do this, during the payment process, a tab will be enabled that will give you the option of writing a different delivery address than the one that appears in the data requested during the payment process.

WHAT INSTRUCTIONS SHOULD I FOLLOW WHEN WASHING MY SOCKS?

To prolong the life of our socks, we recommend washing them at a maximum temperature of 40°C and turning them inside out. Avoid using bleach and ironing. In any case, on our website and on the box of our socks you will find all the necessary instructions to preserve the highest quality for a longer period of time.

CAN I CHANGE THE ORDER ADDRESS IF I HAVE MADE A MISTAKE?

If you have entered an error when indicating the shipping address, please contact us indicating the order number and the incident that occurred. If the order has not left our facilities, we will proceed to solve the problem and send the product to the new address that you indicate.
