WHAT MATERIAL ARE THE SOCKS MADE OF?

Besocks socks are made with premium quality combed cotton. As detailed on the website and on the label of each sock, its composition is 90% combed cotton, 9% polyamide and 1% elastane.

HOW DO I KNOW WHAT CONDITION MY ORDER IS IN?

Of course, all the materials that make up Besocks socks are endowed with the OEKO-TEX STARNDARD 100 CERTIFICATE. This certificate is a unified system of control and certification on a worldwide scale and confirms that these materials are free of harmful substances. The examinations to obtain it are carried out exclusively by independent textile institutes authorized for research and testing.

WHERE ARE BESOCKS SOCKS MADE?

The manufacture of our socks is carried out in Portugal by small local producers. The design, distribution and sale is carried out from Spain. The Besocks brand is registered in Spain.

HOW LONG DOES SHIPPING TAKE AND HOW MUCH WILL IT COST?

For purchases in the Peninsula, shipments will be free from € 19 and delivery time will be 48 / 72h. If you prefer, you have the option of express delivery 24 hours for € 2.95. If your order is less than € 19, the shipping cost will be € 2.95 and the express delivery option will be € 4.95.
Shipments to the Balearic Islands will be free from € 29. For orders less than € 29 the cost will be € 7.95 (2-3 business days).
Shipments to the Canary Islands will be free for orders over € 39. For orders under € 39 the cost will be € 9.95 (3-4 business days).

- Germany, Austria, Belgium, France, Italy, Luxembourg, Monaco, Netherlands, Portugal and United Kingdom:

HOW DO I KNOW WHAT CONDITION MY ORDER IS IN?

If you have chosen standard delivery (48/72 h), when your order arrives at the warehouses of our dealer, he will send you an SMS to your mobile phone informing you of your order number. If you want to know what state you are in, you can access the website of the delivery company and enter your order number in the shipping locator. It will automatically inform you of the status of your order.

THE ESTIMATED DELIVERY TIME HAS PASSED AND I HAVE NOT RECEIVED MY ORDER.

In case the delivery time has elapsed and you have not received your order, contact us indicating the order number and we will give you a solution as soon as possible.

HAVE I MADE THE PURCHASE CORRECTLY ?.

Once you have finished your purchase process, you will receive an email with the confirmation of your order. If you do not receive the message confirming your order, please contact us indicating the incident that occurred and we will confirm as soon as possible if your purchase has been made correctly.

WHAT IF THE PURCHASE CONFIRMATION EMAIL HAS NOT BEEN REACHED?

In case you did not receive the email confirming the purchase, the first thing you should do is check the "spam" tray. If it does not appear either, get in touch and we will confirm if the purchase was successful or we will give you the required solution.

WHAT IF I AM NOT AT HOME AT THE TIME OF RECEIVING THE ORDER?

If you are not at home at the time of delivery, the courier company will leave you a warning note and the next day it will try to locate you again. If you are not at home in the second delivery, you will leave another notice and you will have a few days to pick up your order at the office or delegation closest to your home. After this period, the package will be returned to our warehouses. Keep in mind that the delivery person must be able to access your portal to leave the notice.

CAN I RECEIVE MY ORDER AT A DIFFERENT ADDRESS THAN THE ONE I PUT IN THE PAYMENT PROCESS?

Of course. In many cases, our clients are not at home during delivery hours. For this reason, they can indicate us any delivery address in which they anticipate that they will be and in this way we can deliver the order. WHAT INSTRUCTIONS SHOULD I FOLLOW TO WASH MY SOCKS ?.

To extend the life of our socks we recommend washing at a maximum temperature of 40 ° C and turned inside out. Avoid using bleach and ironing. In any case, on our website and on the cardboard of our socks you have all the necessary indications to preserve the highest quality for a longer period of time.

CAN I CHANGE THE ORDER ADDRESS IF I HAVE MADE AN ERROR ?.

In case of error when indicating the shipping address, please contact us indicating the order number and the incident that occurred. If the order has not left our facilities, we will proceed to solve the problem and send the product to the new address you indicate.
