WHAT MATERIAL ARE THE SOCKS MADE OF?

Besocks socks are made with premium combed cotton. As detailed on the website and on the label of each sock, their composition is 90% organic combed cotton, 9% polyamide, and 1% elastane.

DO THE SOCKS' MATERIAL HAVE ANY TYPE OF CERTIFICATE

Of course, all the materials that make up Besocks socks are equipped with the GOTS AND OEKO-TEX STANDARD 100 CERTIFICATE. This certificate is a unified system of control and certification worldwide and confirms that these materials are free of harmful substances. The tests for obtaining it are carried out exclusively by independent textile institutes authorized for research and testing.

WHERE ARE BESOCKS SOCKS MADE?

The manufacturing of our socks is carried out in Portugal by small local producers. The design, distribution, and sale are done from Spain. The Besocks brand is registered in Spain.

WHAT IS MY SIZE?

We show you a SIZE GUIDE chart to make the conversion correctly. If you use size 35 and a half or 40 and a half, we recommend choosing size 36-40.

CAN I MAKE EXCHANGES OR RETURNS OF THE SOCKS?

HOW CAN I KNOW THE STATUS OF MY ORDER?

Once the order has left our warehouses, a link will be generated and sent to your email so you can track the shipment. In any case, you can contact us whenever you want.

THE ESTIMATED DELIVERY TIME HAS PASSED AND I HAVE NOT RECEIVED MY ORDER

If the delivery deadline has passed and you have not received your order, please contact us indicating the order number and we will provide a solution as soon as possible.

HAVE I MADE THE PURCHASE CORRECTLY?

Once you have completed your purchase process, you will receive an email with the confirmation of your order. If you do not receive the message confirming your order, please contact us indicating the issue that occurred and we will confirm as soon as possible whether your purchase has been completed successfully.

WHAT HAPPENS IF I HAVE NOT RECEIVED THE PURCHASE CONFIRMATION EMAIL?

If you do not receive the email confirming the purchase, the first thing you should do is check the "spam" folder. If it is not there either, contact us and we will confirm whether the purchase was completed successfully or provide the required solution.

WHAT HAPPENS IF I AM NOT AT HOME WHEN THE ORDER IS DELIVERED?

If you are not at home at the time of delivery, the courier company will leave you a notice and will try to contact you again the next day. If you are not at home on the second delivery either, they will leave another notice and you will have a few days to pick up your order at the office or branch closest to your home. After this period, the package will be returned to our warehouses. Please note that the delivery person must be able to access your building entrance to leave the notice.

CAN I RECEIVE MY ORDER AT A DIFFERENT ADDRESS THAN THE ONE I PROVIDE DURING THE PAYMENT PROCESS?

Of course. In many cases, our customers are not at home during delivery hours. Therefore, they can provide us with any delivery address where they expect to be, so we can deliver the order to them. To do this, during the payment process, a tab will be enabled that allows you to enter a shipping address different from the one provided in the information requested during the payment process.

WHAT INSTRUCTIONS SHOULD I FOLLOW FOR WASHING MY SOCKS?

To extend the life of our socks, we recommend washing them at a maximum temperature of 40 °C and turned inside out. Avoid using bleach and ironing. In any case, on our website and on the cardboard of our socks, you will find all the necessary instructions to maintain the highest quality for a longer period of time.

CAN I CHANGE THE SHIPPING ADDRESS IF I MADE A MISTAKE?

In case of an error when indicating the shipping address, contact us providing the order number and the issue that occurred. If the order has not left our facilities, we will proceed to resolve the problem and send you the product to the new address you provide.
